Create a new Spliterator reporting specified element. It has the following characteristics:

• Spliterator.DISTINCT
• Spliterator.IMMUTABLE
• Spliterator.NONNULL
• Spliterator.ORDERED
• Spliterator.SIZED
• Spliterator.SUBSIZED

Type Parameters:

T - the type of elements returned by this Spliterator

Parameters:

element - Single element to report

Returns:

A new spliterator

Throws:

NullPointerException - if element is null

Create a new Spliterator reporting a null element. It has the following characteristics:
