- T- the type of the first argument to the operation.
- U- the type of the second argument to the operation.
- E- the type of checked exception the operation might throw.
- Functional Interface:
- This is a functional interface and can therefore be used as the assignment target for a lambda expression or method reference.
Represents an operation that accepts two input arguments and returns no
 result, but can throw a checked exception.  This is the two-arity specialization of
 
CheckedConsumer.
 Unlike most other functional interfaces, BiConsumer is expected
 to operate via side-effects.
