register

@NonNull MastershipChangeRegistration register(@NonNull MastershipChangeService service)

Register of mastership change listener. Returned registration need to be closed by client. It doesn't contain event for reconciliation framework event.

Parameters:

service - implementation of MastershipChangeService

registration
